Couple of Clowns Face Paint & Hair Tinsel is a Party Service Business run by an aspiring professional face painter and a hair tinsel artist in the Baltimore Area, who happen to double as clowns!! We will provide either or both services for whatever kid's party, festival, or special event you need us for, at a competitive rate. The clown part is always optional, but if you're looking for a little extra whimsy for your event we're happy to show up in full costume for a small extra fee.
